All the hacker from Turkey and mostly from Muslim citizen. he is the one of example. he is from turkey and he was hacked Standard Chartered Bank ATM by issuing  different types of Card and he withdrew about 300K nepali rupees. now he is at Centre jail in nepal. Nepal police has arrested on 2015 October
